Who am I? 65 years old Technical IT strategist and resident in Gothenburg. Started my photographic career in 2014. I often use LUT, layers to speed up the flow in my image creation. Has a past in painting. Discovering these tools when I started photographing was like comparing them to a color palette, I could suddenly start painting my photo to enhance certain elements of the image, or create a certain mood. I have now gone a step further and add objects and backgrounds (Composite) not to be mixed with montage. For me, this is an exciting creative process.
For me, No Filter has no value at all when I shoot in RAW. This format leaves a flat and dull image from the camera, but contains lots of hidden values ​​that you can pick out at the moment of editing. I would also like to take the opportunity to mention that a poorly composed image can never be improved with the help of the mentioned tools. I see my image creation in the same way as when I stood in front of my easel with palette and brushes. Adds some examples where I used different techniques to create a certain feeling / expression

I have used the following techniques in my painting. Oil, Watercolor and colorize off black and white photographs.

My latest projects are "Glowing mushroom" Lightpainted mushroom and water drops. In my work with the mushrooms, I use a strong LED light that I illuminate the mushroom from above, this gives the effect that it is shining inside the mushroom "Glowing". Each image consists of between 3-7 images depending on how many parts need to be illuminated to get an even shine in the final image, which I use layer management to put together in photoshop. In this project, I have created some tutorials on Youtube that show my steps in the process. I also plan to produce a video story for children based on my mushroom pictures in collaboration with a woman who will write the text of the speech in the film.

The "Waterdrops" project has recently started. And in the first pictures I have experimented with water drops on thin nylon ropes. Will continue with plant parts standing in liquid with a flower in the background in an attempt to get the flower reflected in the water droplets.

I also work with urban environments from my hometown of Gothenburg, where I let my creativity run wild. These images are composite images where I add skies and objects to create a certain mood.
