Greetings from Singapore. I am a homemaker and do freelance small catering. I love cooking, baking, travelling and a little foodie. My first food I cook is rice at the age of 10. My mom is a good cook and I think that where all my food culinary journey starts. I am trained as a Personal & Leisure Chef in a well-known culinary school in Singapore. I started learning to cook when i was 16yrs while waiting for my exam results. I love cooking for my family, church friends and since 2014, I have my yearly routine to cook for the poor families, orphans and school children in Cambodia. My dream is to open a Training Restaurant in Cambodia for teenagers from the poor family and those that don't like to study . Taking this challenge to write this cookbook is my way of raising funds for this project.
