Lidia D’Opera

I found a passion in street photography over 10 years ago and love to combine it with travel. I have won many awards and continue to strive to improve. I was lucky enough to be mentored by a photo journalist who had worked in media in the UK and Europe.

I am now semi retired from my ‘real job’, which was extremely stressful. It’s taking some time to get over the stress and I felt that an art form like watercolour could assist me in relaxing and concentrating on small tasks with beautiful outcomes. And I always like a challenge!
