I'm a graphic designer based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I'm also an audiovisual and animation specialist. My entire career in graphic design and animation has been digital/computer-based and have always wanted to learn a more organic art form like watercolour painting but just didn't have the time—have thought about starting it in my retirement. But a watercolour set my wife gave me for my birthday jumpstarted it 4 months ago and have been self-learning by copying other artists online. I'm hoping this tutorial will help me learn proper technique.
