This is a really good introduction into user research and I love how Patricia broke the content down into reasonable sections. In many ways this course gives you an idea of where you need to dig in deeper so it won't answer all your questions, but will prepare you for your next ux course.

Very good course. It's very concise and explications about UX research are easy to follow. It's a clear and understandable course for someone who wants to step deep into UX methodologies.

Good course, maybe I would like to deep in some more on the different methodologies of UX Research but it is a good base to start.

This was a concise way to understand the research portion of UX design and the way to apply it.
