I am a Dominican American an Father of 4 beautiful children. A Humble Professional Chef that grew up in the heart of the Latin culinary landscape. After my academic and culinary studies at Johnson and Wales University. I have worked in some of South Florida most iconic restaurants an hotels. I am now in the adventure of writing cookbooks because I am a collector of cookbooks and its about time for me to make some.
