Tania Yakunova

Tania Yakunova is an award-winning illustrator and educator from Kyiv, Ukraine with dominant interest in minimalistic expressive art and amusing characters.
She finds her inspiration in avant-garde art and design of the 20 century and brings it’s perspective it to modern illustration. Her works recognized by bold composition, rhythm and excellent work with forms and colors to bring emotional and whimsical feeling .

Her field of work spreads from the commercial illustration, book illustration, editorial illustration, poster and postcards design and packaging for clients all around the world.

Tania’s illustrations received numerous professional awards and recognitions and was exhibited in USA, UK, France, Italy and Ukraine.

Tania is an active member of the local artist community, she regularly gives lectures and workshops about illustration. Sociologist by the degree, Tania is self-taught artist and big believer in alternative and self-education.
