Heather Chapplain

Hey, My name is Heather and I have had a love affair with food since I was a young child. Even though there were many times we did not have food on the table, when we did I was always aware of the flavours, textures and colors. Whether the intense flavour of Tiger Tail Ice cream ( my fav when I was a young child ) to the Traditional Meat Pies my Mother made for every Christmas Eve, my love affair with food is never ending. Now I am passing on this love to my grandchildren who I make sure experience the fun of cooking with me when they visit. I am very grateful to be here and look forward to being inspired by you all.
