Great teacher!

Great course! Lots of interesting and useful information about how to tell a story through the process of editorial illustration. Inspiring to see your thought process and how you transform it using different methods and materials. I learned a lot and really recommend it!

La trattazione degli argomenti è un po' superficiale e non lo consiglierei.

No fue un buen curso, en la descripción dice que es un nivel de iniciación y realmente no aprendí nada, pensé que daría tips, formas de ilustrar, recomendaciones para hacerla con algunas herramientas, tampoco dio suficientes recursos. He hecho mas cursos en esta plataforma y normalmente los profesores comparten muchas paginas, herramientas, archivos, consejos, etc. No lo recomiendo.

Very inspiring!

Very complete. Great!

I was disappointed having been attracted by the teacher’s work. There wasn’t an actual text to analyse making everything that followed seem rather pointless. Reference image selection seemed to be very arbitrary as there was no explanation as to why the artist was choosing each one. I do feel like this was a waste of money although for a complete beginner it does show the basic process of constructing an illustration.

I wouldn't recommend this course. The content was too shallow. I personally didn't learn anything new.

Es un buen curso para quienes quieren iniciarse en el mundo de la ilustración editorial, sobe todo en revistas. La artista y todo su trabajo, son un ejemplo de cómo hacerse valioso en esa especialidad.

No me ha gustado lo siento, se dedican muy pocos minutos al análisis del texto a ilustrar, que además no está completo, son palabras sueltas.. Aun así valoro el trabajo de la artista.

I really enjoyed this course, through Emma's practical example I felt more confident about what steps to take to create illustrations for editorial. Emma is very likable and positive and the course is in English, so two thumbs up from me!

I recommend this course if you are new to editorial illustration and want some of the basics explained.

an interactive course that shows you the entire illustration process from the idea, thtrough the research untill to the final project, explained in a inspiring way with a lucidity and clarity. Very reccomended!
