Jessica Geach

I am a 3D textile artist, specialising in Artisan Ropework - stitching rope together to create 3D forms. I love gathering natural inspiration from the beautiful places that I am lucky to live near - the moors, the woods and the Devon coastline.

Recently I have been involved in some fantastic projects - writing Artisan Ropework the book, which was published by Schiffer in early 2022. I was also selected as one of the makers for The Gallery at Liberty of London which was curated in partnership with the Crafts Council. Creating work for this exhibition was a great pleasure and to see my work in this iconic retail flagship store was a real career highlight.
