My project for course: Experimental Portraiture with Ink, Tea and Alcohol

I enjoyed this course so much. Even if I worked quicker than I should (not wetting the paper, waiting for it to dry for hours and so on) it was a new and wonderful experience for me to just let go of control and just follow with the flow. The way the paint dried reminded me of both hikes in the mountains as well as trips by boat in the archipilago. So I made lines that reminded me of hiking guides and sea charts.
It definitely was a journey to make this painting. I think I could approve on many things... but the purpose of the course for me was to have fun and just let go and to discover a new way to paint. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge!
