My project in Texture Design with Chocolate course

I made some disks whilst playing with colour/palette and thought I'd see if I could make them into a piece. Interesting how much colour contrast you need and how crisp the lines need to be for maximum effect. Also how much chocolate I ended up melting to get the design to be clear. So enjoyed playing with it all.

I can see how useful the activated charcoal must be, as I'd like to try this again with more colour contrast.
You can also see all the bubbles in the silicon mould where air got trapped in the little indents but they look kind of interesting up close like this.
This course has been so great. Just love the natural flavouring and colour approach - it's a missing key for me.
