Interested in all aspects of food writing, cooking, baking, teaching, feeding… It’s a lot. I’ve worked in various aspects of food service for all my life. These days, I do monthly cooking demos on our local TV station, WLOS, on behalf of a local food pantry. There’s a vegetable garden at the food pantry as well and I try and use produce from that as well as other items we hand out at the pantry.
