Liz Woedl
I’m a former art teacher at a small Montessori school, retiring in 2014 to be an E.D. at a local Land Trust for several years, then worked part-time coordinating volunteers at a hospital. An injury caused me to really “retire” so I could take some time to heal. Now I volunteer with social justice and environmental orgs now and make art in my tiny shed studio. I mostly draw designs for my daughter’s jewelry designs and do watercolor, ink, and acrylic projects. I love getting lost in a pile of old magazines and paper scraps, making collages I mostly keep in books I created made while teaching.
