I am a Mother of two beautiful humans. My Father is Canadian and my mother is from Guadalajara Mexico. I was blessed to have a family that loved going outdoors and being active. My most memorable times as a child were the moments I spent exploring the natural world outside my doorstep and down the streets. As well as the changing seasons and activities that came with them. For as long as I remember the Natural world held many wonders and a net of security for me. I would spend hours wandering the surrounding apple orchards catching glimpses of birds and 4 legged creatures as well as the tiny bugs that we so often forget are there. The first time I heard someone call the earth Mother I felt a huge resonance! In my early twenties I became more curious about the names and healing properties of the plants in area that I live in. I know consider myself a budding herbalist learning the ways of Susun Weed and make tinctures and salves for my family and friends. I have always been crafty and artsy and naturally am curious to learn insights that others are willing to share. I have signed up here collectively with my children in hope that they take time to learn the creative lessons others are willing to teach.
