Felicitas

As you can see I‘m a bit of a crazy gal - I love all cute and peculiar things (I‘m literally a mix of Wednesday and Enid), laugh loud and dirty and often wish to get my life together as my mind is a universe of chaos. There are always pictures in my head, musics playin around every brainwave and thoughts are rushin through as light beams which makes it hard to get something strait. As some ideas are louder than others, I manage to pick out some (more often than I’d admit) and try to put them into the real world. I did not know which medium to use in general for a long time - I tried writing stories, a few poems, tried to accomplish music knowledge and learned to play the guitar and the piano a bit, crafted, sew - but somehow I always ended up using a pen and a sheet of paper to express myself. I have a long drawing history - I started at school already - but never took it too serious. I always managed to do a good picture here and there for friends and family, but I never dived in deep into composing, building pictures and Color palettes. I bought an I pad last year and started working on procreate as I thought it would be relatively easy to start something - most of you‘ll know how that goes. I ended up a bit frustrated and overwhelmed and finally understood that I needed help to bring the ideas from my mind on to the screen or the lurking empty white sheet of paper. That’s what I’m here for. I want to dive deep, learn about general picture and character building up to lights, shadows and what it takes to really make a piece pop. Oh, and of course I‘d like to join the community and see what you’re doing here.
