I am sooooo excited that Melissa Castrillon made this course! I've loved her illustration for years, and the class did not disappoint. She goes into wonderful detail about how she works and every step of the process of making and pitching a picture book. I learned a huge amount and feel much better prepared to create a dummy book.

Melissa puts attention on detail to explain each step. I think it is very interesting to see how different artists have their own process. I love her work and I recommend the course :)

Really good value for money. Melissa covers a lot of ground including inspiration, colour, composition, digital tips, ideas on how to write a story, composition, how to find publishers and agents. I would highly recommend.

Very thorough course. As a printmaker, I especially liked seeing how she works in layers.

Melissa is a great illustrator an builder of an illustrated setting. Her approach of illustrating techniques is great to watch and highly recommended. I definetly have learned some new things.
