I'm not a beginner knitter but I felt intimidated by Claire's adorable patterns because they looked extremely complex, so I decided to buy this course - and I'm so happy I did! Yes, her patterns ARE complex, but this course makes the process look straightforward and manageable, and now I feel confident enough to tackle her other patterns. I feel like the lessons are structured well, with enough video guidance to help you through the trickiest bits but without too much blabber and filler.

I’m an experienced knitter and have knit several of Claire’s animals. I just wanted to watch her do the various techniques to see that I am doing them right. And I really wanted to see how the final stitching of everything, and stuffing, and how Claire works towards getting the face features so realistic and cute! I love how the animals are knit in almost one whole piece, rather than many small pieces needing to be sewn together. I enjoyed the class very much.

This is a great course. I love Claire's patterns and really wanted to try a puppy. I was very glad to find that there was a course with lots of video guidance. I still have a long way to go - have completed the head - but so far so good. I am really a beginner and I'm managing it quite well, so would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to knit a realistic puppy.

Enjoying it very much. Although it is a difficult and complicated pattern it is explained very clearly and if you work through the pattern slowly and carefully it is easy.

I made my first Claire pattern (cat) with wrong yarn and without checking gauge and no video. Kind of a disaster but still greatly loved by kid. I’m now starting Claire’s puppy. Right yarn, right gauge, PLUS video. 🥰

Excellent course by my favourite pattern author Claire Garland. She is excellent at explaining every step and makes it easy. The results are amazing.

I watched the video right through the end, it is very easy to understand the clear & audible video. Though this is my first time to knit a pet dog, the video instructions encouraged me to give a try despite the difficulties in getting the yarns and parts for the project. Will definitely signed up more classes with Claire.

Me gusta mucho, pero me hubiera gustado más que la imagen se centrará más en la labor para poder ver más claro lo que va haciendo. Tengo que ir más despacio y aunque tardaré un tiempo creo que lograré acabarlo.

Me está gustando mucho. El curso empieza desde cero, explicando materiales, puntadas básicas y lo necesario para poder ser creativo tejiendo. Si no has tejido antes es complicado, pero aún así los tutoriales son muy claros y explican perfectamente el paso a paso.

Mir hat der Kurs viel Spaß gemacht….Vorsicht Suchtgefahr…..Bin schon beim Wolle aussuchen für das nächste Projekt, der Hundewelpe soll nicht alleine bleiben. Was ich in Textform nicht verstanden habe hat die Videoanleitung anschaulich erklärt wie ich die Anleitung umsetzen kann.

Really enjoyed doing this, it kept me busy for a while. Learning the different stitches and seeing your creation come to life was really enjoyable. I appreciated the videos especially when i got a bit confused as to the design or the stitch markings so the video is pivotal
