I'm here to connect with other creatives and learn as much as possible about art from the amazing instructors who teach here.

I love all things Photoshop: Digital painting that mimics the masters, collage, etc. Photography of simple things and moments fuel my artistic practice. I have gone from coding websites to creating basic images for them to now, illustrations from imagination that stand alone. I am dabbling in traditional techniques as well such as watercolor, gouache and even sculpting planters.

I dabble in motion design, animating art, cinemagraphs, animated gifs, graphic novels (or panels) and video editing. I want to create whimsical/fantastical things and also work with concepts and fight for social causes.

I would like to become a professional editorial illustrator and design book covers. I don't want to let go completely of my core skill which is all types of writing. It might be fun to marry visual art with writing through a graphic novel. Maybe with all my interests there is an art director in me that will feel prepared enough for that one day.
