First of all congratulations for having made your film! That should already make you feel proud, it's not easy to get projects off the ground.
On the other hand, it is difficult for me to evaluate it and give you feedback without having done the rest of the exercises of the course, I do not know where this story comes from or what your intentions were.
One thing I really like is the actors, the conversation feels fresh and truthful. On the other hand, I find it hard to understand the story, the idea behind it. I do not understand who is the girl that appears and what is her relationship with the idea of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Much encouragement Marine. This is a long road in which we are all learning a little every day. To the next movie! ;)
@cesarpesquera Thank you very much for taking the time to look at it first and leave me a message.
In short, the film was not taken along the correct line that represents making a film, I made it in 5 days, and I did everything by myself, which was a ''mistake''. If I had had it all more resolved I think it could have turned out much better. The good thing is that it helped me loosen up a bit and have that experience as my first project.
The girl who appears in the film is Sofia's memory of herself as a child. The role that Sofia reads at the end, in theory, would be the role that she received as a child from her grandmother. Unfortunately I was not able to get a correct shot that could affirm that because of how elusive the girl was, who is my niece.
Now I find myself in a new project, to which I will dedicate more time to carry it forward, I will apply everything you taught in the course that I loved, and I will have production staff.
I hope this next one is better than this movie and in the same way I can count on your return again. Again, thank you so much for taking the time to watch it and leave me a message.
@marianor1406 Hello Mariano. I understand clearly. The path to becoming a director is not easy and in reality you learn something from each project, especially from mistakes. Step by step and little by little, persevering Mariano. To your next movie! :)
