About the role
The Marketing Design Intern works within the Marketing team to help with graphic design and social media content creation by creating engaging content for our online platforms and sharing valuable knowledge with our target audience.

Required Skills and Experience
Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media.
Passion for marketing.
Creative, detail-oriented and organized.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
Enthusiasm, ability, and energy to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively perform and manage a variety of tasks.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and a desire to contribute to marketing strategies through design.

Qualifications
Fluent in English (C1+) plus Native Spanish
Understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
Must have strong typing accuracy skills

Bonus points for
Proficient in Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premier, InDesign, etc.).
Video edition and motion graphics
Experience with any CMS (Content Management System): e.g. Wordpress, Joomla, Contentful

Responsibilities
Work hand in hand with the Marketing team to assist with the graphic design of various marketing materials, including social media posts, website graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, and digital materials.
Support the marketing team in their marketing tasks: update the social media calendar, newsletter creation and other communications
Think creatively and contribute ideas to brainstorming campaigns
Suggesting improvements in the marketing campaigns and making necessary changes if required.
Provides support for ad hoc projects and activities
Be a relatable member of the team who ensures all work is completed with excellence and in a timely manner.
