My background as foundation of my career as a chef started in 2005, when I first stepped into a professional Cookery School, working in a 4 stars Hotel back in Romania, until 2008. After I've graduated, I had worked a supplementary year, to experience the real life of fast pace restaurant kitchen working on different sections, cooking for the main restaurant on weddings and conferences with 2 more salon rooms with the roll of hosting small private events and meetings. Soon after, I have worked in multiple locations, such as bistros, pubs, sports complex, pizzerias and other 2 different Hotels working on summer and winter season.
In 2017 I started working in the UK, London to gather a much vastly experience, enjoying to learn different techniques and more culture cuisines. Caribbean, Asian, Indian, Spanish, Mexican, Italian and French, from soul and savoury food to canapés, bakery and pastries.
