Sheila M Palmer is a fiber/textile surface artist & designer. I create textiles in different inter-disciplinarians across markets including wearables, home decor, architectural and retail environments. Branding for private residential and commercial projects. Much of my work is a reflection of education, travel, research, hand skilled techniques. Using natural instinctive talent is so much part of creating my one-of-a-kind fiber textiles pieces.
