Sandy Mason

I mostly make quilts. Through this period of Quarantine, I spent all my time on quilts. Book binding is fairly new to me. I joined a book group, knowing absolutely nothing. I have made about 15 or more books, learning different bindings. I have learned so much from the group. I used to love to draw and paint, but am not much good at it anymore. I never was into water color and I think it would be a good medium for me to try. I see in others work that I don't have to make a perfect drawing. I need to play with color. I love to see what others have done with color. It seems magical.
