Katha Baumgartner

I live in Austria and have been drawing for as long as I can remember. After a few years in the book industry, I pursued training to become a graphic designer, and now I work as a graphic designer and illustrator.

Themes that occupy my mind and are reflected in my works include dogs, emotions of all kinds, focusing on the good, children's books, psychology, mental health, chocolate, vibrant colors, birds, and everything I see on a daily basis. The order is random and definitely not complete, but that's how life is: it keeps changing :)

Since February 22, 2022, I have been running the Instagram account "apiada", which stands for "a picture a day." The name speaks for itself, and since then, I have been creating daily square images on various topics.

In the future, I want to solely make a living from creating my own art projects and images. Until then, I work on all creative projects that come my way. I love the opportunity to turn my visions into reality.
