I used the model picture in the course and tweaked to my preferences. I wanted to create color contrasts, and a feeling of warmth (but vivid and almost venomous colors) and cold (saturated blue - the shade). At first I felt the grid method was getting in my way, but realized it helped me getting the perspective right.
Thank you for this course, I was very inspired by your art.
