Hello everyone,

My name is Precious Ohiri-Leghemo, founder and creative director of MIA Atelier, a luxury fashion brand based in Nigeria.

I have a background in fashion, law, and business, and I am passionate about creating elegant womenswear with a strong focus on craftsmanship, couture techniques, and artistic storytelling.

I enrolled in this course because I want to deepen my knowledge of luxury embroidery, haute couture embellishment, Lunéville techniques, beading, and surface design. My goal is to develop a distinctive embellishment language for MIA Atelier and create pieces that combine African inspiration with couture-level craftsmanship.

I look forward to learning from the instructors and fellow creatives, improving my embroidery skills, and applying these techniques to future bridal and couture collections.
