Peter Downey

Early in life was printer for well known local photographer. B/W then colour all by hand and eye. Had other full career. Once painted 3 oil pictures for fun. Always had a good eye for art and photography. Been retired ages after an engaging career. I now have many thousands of photos of birds, bees, flowers, water voles, etc. I previously completed the watercolour course with Sarah illustrating Birds so that I could put to use of my my bird/wildlife images. The architectural and watercolour course was also inspirational. Changed my view on urban scenes and as for shadows - wow! Recently I have completed a few oil painting courses. This all started at the beginning of the first lockdown.
