I starting making wheel thrown pottery in 2017 in a community evening potters class to take some time for myself with our young family of 4. I found a release and peace being in that space with clay and have dabbled in pottery ever since. In 2020 I was able to purchase my own wheel and this year I just was able to get a kiln at our house set up. It has been slow moving and motivation at times with a busy life of still working in our Home Building business but I hope to prioritize pottery making more this year than ever before.
