Tamara Stojanovic

I graduated from Highschool of Philology, Department of Spanish language and Hispanic civilization with English as a second language in 2005 in Belgrade. I have been studying this language since I was 9 years old.
During my bachelor studies at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade (Department of Iberian Studies, Spanish language and Hispanic literature), I have been translating different types of texts (professional and literary texts) and holding private Spanish lessons to children and course participants of all ages. After I graduated in October 2011 and after receiving a title of graduated philologist of Spanish language and Hispanic literature, I continued teaching Spanish in different schools and private Academies, such as „Big bird language school “(2011 - 2012), “Language corner “, 2010 - 2012) and “Survival“, 2012 – 2013.
In May 2012 I worked as a hostess at the Cardiology Congress Heart Failure 2012 in Belgrade, where the official language was English.
After that event, in October 2012, I got the job at the Singidunum University as Spanish teacher. I was elected as a teacher at the IMC Krems (Austrian University of Applied Sciences in Krems) within the Singidunum University and later on at the Department for Business Economcs, the integrated part of the Singidunum University. This experience is very valuable for my career, because I had a chance to work and teach Spanish to foreign students that came to Serbia from different parts of the world. The official language at IMC Krems lectures was English.
From October 2013 until June, 2015 I have been working in Sitel d.o.o. as a Customer Care Representative in the campaign The Body Shop for the foreign markets of USA, Canada and Mexico where official communication languages are English and Spanish. On this position I had a chance to working during a year and 7 months with different types of customers, to develop soft skills and to achieve different knowledges that are needed for the position of the customer care representative. Also, I have learned what a good customer service should be, how to apply achieved soft skills on a different types od customers and on a different markets.
In 2010, I attended DELE course at the private Academy for Spanish language “Granada“ in Belgrade, level C2. In 2009 I have spent few months in Valencia, Spain to improve my knowledge of Spanish. During my stay, I was attending classes at a private Academy “Hispania“ in Valencia, level C1. I have their recommendations as well. After I came back, I continued my studies to further improve my knowledge of Spanish by attending different specialized courses at the private Academy “Granada“ in Belgrade during the whole 2011. At the same time, I was also attending a professional translation course at the ''Instituto Cervantes“ in Belgrade for people who are engaged in this language professionally, after which I received a certificate of the ''Instituto Cervantes“.
From August 2015 till now, I have been working in Privax LTD (owned by Avast) as customer support agent for HMA! Pro VPN software, covering both English and Spanish markets.
At the beginning of 2013 I participated in seminar workshops for Spanish professors organized by publishing house “Edinumen“ from Spain, “Data Status“ from Belgrade and ''Instituto Cervantes“ from Belgrade. The workshop topic was “interactive activities in and outside the classroom“. I also received a certificate for participation.

Beside Spanish, I speak English (level C1), I have knowedge of Italian (level A1) and Portuguese (A1). At the moment, I am taking IELTS course for Academic English level and plan to take the exam in the near future.
I write prose and poetry in Serbian and Spanish. I would love to share my writing talents with you.

As a young person, I have a strong wish and energy to learn new things as well as to join a professional team as yours, where I could constantly improve myself as well as your professional team, which I believe I can learn a lot from.

I have enormous wish to learn and improve my personality, not only on a personal, but also on a professional plan, because I believe that these two aspects cannot be separated from one another. I am ready to work in a team and accomplish everything that will be my duty in order to improve your business and your team. I strongly believe that acquisition of different kinds of knowledge can only make you better person in every way.
