Ingrid Louis

I am half Belgian and half Spanish from the Basque country, and live in Brussels, in Belgium. I’m architect. I have been creating and building hospitals during the last 15 years.
I practice and associate several techniques; charcoal, ink , chalk drawings on paper, prints, drawing installations, woodcuts, monotypes, photographies of the beautifull sky wherever I go (it's never the same. I never get tired of it!)
Ever looking for discover new universes. Every work is a good way for me to explore more and more techniques, to make researches and to learn about the world that surrounds us.
Each research serves all my works.
I try to catch the attention on tiny details that make the beauty of things that make part of our daily life, and we finish passing true without seeing them anymore.
