Hi everyone, I love art in all its forms. My favorite thing to do is visit museums and art shows with my family. We all basically do some form of art here, including my husband who sculpts. I'm a full time caregiver to my mom who has Dementia and loves to do adult coloring books. I used to be fashion designer when I was younger and I transitioned myself into the Healing Arts, I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner with other modalities in my basket. Although I am not an Art therapist when I am not caring for my mom, I do use art as a therapeutic tool for myself and teach people how to have fun with art and the benefits it provides. I work with markers, acrylics and collage. I'm not as advanced in my Mandala making but I love them and have been making them for some time now, I also share the benefits and how easy it is to get started.
