where to start is always the question.
Well i guess right now, I had a stoke of luck and a bit of unexpected redundancy. to fill my days at the moment, i am contemplating my next move and spend my days doing what I feel like. i am trying to get through my stash of not quite finished projects and find my own upcycling voice, but as a Piscean, i get easily distracted and can find an exciting new focus very, very easily.
I grew up in Australia and mostly spent my adulthood in UK,Canada, ireland and now Berlin where I have been for 9 years. I love colour and to wear things that brighten the dull winter skies.
My influences are Vivienne Westwood, Stella McCartney, Diane von Furtsenberg, Iris Apfel and also love looking at local designers and of course people like Selina Sanders and Cisco sews.
i taught myself to sew because I wanted to wear things that noone else has. I love making vintage pieces combined with similar looks seen on runways
