We are looking for a Marketing Director to manage the company's own Marketing and Communication strategy, the marketing strategy of our clients, as well as the support to the sales department, all of this, working alongside Intracon’s divisions, reporting to our General Management.

🔎About the role:

· Project’s Lenght: Full-time/Permanent contract

· Work model: Hybrid (3 days / week of remote work and 2 from the office)

· Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona)

💼 Main responsibilities:

Within the in-house marketing department, you will

Create the internal B2B2C marketing strategy, ensuring its correct implementation.
Monitoring digital analytics, KPIs for Marketing and Sales.
Manage HubSpot, both Marketing automation and Sales.
Collaborate with the Sales Team and General Management to generate quality leads that enhance our company's positioning.
Provide ideas to improve our corporate strategy.

On the other hand, within the external marketing department, you will

Create marketing strategies for our multinationals B2B2C clients, offering marketing consulting services and external advice.
Play an instrumental role pitching and representing the company at a national and international level.
Generating new clients and building customer loyalty with the achievement of the objectives set by the company.
Manage of the Marketing department (5 members), ensuring the quality of projects and customer satisfaction.
Manage and implementation of strategic initiatives of the company.
Be our brand advocate.

🎓Background & Skills:

· B2B2C agency and sales experience

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Marketing Director position.

· Team leadership

· Empathy and compassion

· Knowledge of Hubspot

· Advanced level of English

· Creative and disruptive thinking

· Curiosity and continuous learning

· Knowledge in Design Thinking

· Negotiation and Communication skills

· Emotionally resilient
