Backend Developer

Samy is looking for a Backend Developer to join our Product (HQ) team.

Responsibilities

-Design and implement database schemas, queries, and optimization strategies.
-Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
-Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
-Implement security and data protection measures.
-Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
-Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

+3 years of experience working in backend environments
-Experience developing with Ruby and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails.
-Experience with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, etc.
-Passion for learning and developing skills in a professional environment.
-Strong Problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
-Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
-Fluent in Spanish and English

Desired requirements:

-Knowledge of system architectures and management.
-Knowledge of AI and ML models.
-Experience with other programming languages such as Python, etc.
