Hello, All - I am married with 1 small dog and 2 cats and live in central Florida. I love art (especially ceramics, glass, painting, well almost everything!) and am on a journey to find my creative soul. I have taken pottery classes for many years but had a hiatus during the pandemic. I just restarted classes at a private studio and am very happy to get my hands dirty again. During the pandemic, I began experimenting with watercolors and took a few local classes, but they were really for more advanced people. I tend towards graphics, symmetry, and geometrics. I also love William Morris and the art nouveau style of Charles Rennie MacIntosh and Frank Lloyd Wright. My favorite painter is Van Gogh and I have been fortunate to visit the VG museum in Amsterdam as well as see a traveling exhibit. A modern brand that I really love is called Sticks Furniture (sticks.com) which I think represents that graphic style. I look forward to taking classes here and getting to know everyone better.
