Michelle Houston

I am a mother of 2. I am originally from Ontario Canada. We moved here about 6 years ago so my husband could work his dream job working with horses and cattle.
I was a classical animator for about 30 years designing, animating as well as other various jobs in the industry. I also paint, draw and recently became a needlefelter. I mostly do animals and birds. I love wildlife photography and hete in Alberta there are many opportunities. We own 5 horses, various barn cats and 3 dogs. A boarder collie, an Australian shepherd and an Australian cattle dog. I am retired from my animation job and am currently working on a freelance project doing some design work. I first learned knitting from my granny by knitting a square for brownies.
