Hanna Kist Stevenson

I drew a lot as a child and for my own children but, I am out of practice and would like to start again. I love the art of Marianne North and Maria Sibyllia Merian. Watercolours are a real challenge for me but I love the results. I worked for many years as a countryside ranger and am a keen bird watcher and natural historian. I am interested in all aspects of natural history and love to garden. My son Nicholas and his wife Gabrielle are illustrators and are an inspiration to me. I am an American who has lived all her adult life in the UK. I have lived in Scotland, England, and the Seychelles.
