I have recently self published an autobiographical comic book, Mum Moments, A New Mum. I am mostly self taught and used this as an exercise to advance my skills photoshop and indesign, as well as exploring a style and mood. I'm nearly finished the second book, Mum Moments Volume 2, Now There Are Two.
I'd love to move to children illustration and comics for young children, and Graphic Novels.
After a few years working in Stop Motion, I studied Concept Design and Character Design as part of my degree at Toi Whakaari for Design For Stage and Screen. I'm hoping to up skill my digital skills to work faster and pursue these directions. I'd love to be drawing full time!
