Painting, for me, is an activity inherent to my person. Observing nature in detail and reproducing it through strokes and brushstrokes is a continuation of the observation process. The shapes and colors of the external environment take their place and importance in my inner world, thus validating my connection with the world. It is necessary for a physiological reason, perhaps. Or spiritual. Through the creative process, I feel closer to the one who created me as I learn to bring to the world something that didn't exist until then. I paint flowers, leaves, landscapes, animals, food, pots... The list is long because I am interested in what surrounds me, in what is part of my daily life. I try to translate my surroundings artistically, generating a feeling of "belonging," of being, participating, and sharing.
For me, art is a gift God gave people to be happier!
