We focus on understanding full body/spirit wellness as an essential aspect of personal protection and self discipline. Dalaeja Foreman, the head teacher of the school is a dedicated and disciplined martial artist with 16+ years of training and teaching experience. We teach all age ranges from 5 years old and above.
