What an inspirational illustrator and teacher! Thank you very much. I whipped up a pattern using the cut-out technique the next day after completing the course. I was excited to try a new way of making art so thanks for starting my passion project era!

What an inspiration to watch Nick work. I love how he combines analog and digital mediums to create his illustrations. The lesson on color was so interesting and definitely something that I will be using when creating in Illustrator. Thank you for sharing your creative process, Nick. Highly recommend!

Super duper course. I loved the pace and how Nick shared his expertise and techniques, easy to follow along with and great for learning new tips and tricks that can be applied to so many different drawing styles.

Loved this course! Covered a lot of ground with inspiration, process and final, yet let's the viewer determine what's the right fit for themselves. Nick explains things well and doesn't talk so fast you have to rewind all the time. Well worth it!

What a great course, especially if you are new to pattern design! Nick explained everything simply and succinctly, there was no fluff or waffle. And he shared so many useful tips as he went along. Thanks Nick, I really appreciate the effort you have put into this course – brilliant!

Off topic... I rarely buy courses from Domestika that are not in my native language as, sadly, the translations are invariably terrible. Surely you can do better, Domestika, in this age of AI??

Amazing course. I enjoyed how he mixes paper cutting with digital creation of patterns. Bringing the analogue into the digital world and creating art from two different techniques. For a beginner like me it helped me with my creative process.
