Finbarr O'Reilly is inspiring. I had a problem creating a photo essay, thanks to O'Reilly now am ready to go.

A great intro to documentary photography and not just for beginners... There's plenty in there for those already working in this genre but maybe just without the depth of experience that Finbarr has. Every photographer is different and has different work flow and approach so always something interesting to discover and learn from another photographer
