Katerina Petrogianni

My name is Katerina Petrogianni. I have studied ancient Greek philology and mastered in philosophy. I have also studied fashion design and I have been lucky enough to have worked in apparel companies designing mainly female clothing and underwear. Currently, I work as a freelance designer and as a trend forecast analyst. My latest job, for which I am very proud, is art directing the Mob Salons photoshoot, meaning I am in charge of the photoshoot concept/styling/end-result. I have worked as an assistant to the head costumer/scenographer in an awarded short film "The wooden flute" and designed costumes for theater productions, such as "NP, the last pirate of the Aegean Sea", based on an awarded YA literature. Though my experience in this field is limited, thanks to my literature BA/MA studies, my understanding of the film/theater character is quite deep and multidimensional. So, what I would love and what I seek is to learn, to take a deep dive and explore this wonderful cosmos of costume design. Hopefully, I will proudly call myself a costume designer.
