Becky Kilabuk

I am Inuk, born to my people in arctic Canada who are known worldwide as Inuit, or "eskimos". I have always loved to draw, and remember even as a 2-year-old drawing details such as eye lashes and hair strands. Today I love to draw realism but more so cheery, cute subjects. I focus almost entirely on creating work that represents our unique culture, language, history, and aesthetics as Inuit.
