Retired, creative. I'm a big big reader and had always imagined myself writing, but over the years, I've turned towards photography instead. Favourite photographers include Winogrand, for his world view and sheer output, and Jane Bown for portraits. My dream would be to create some good, simple portraits of ordinary people. As I've got older, I've lost a lot of confidence and it's become harder to ask people to let me take a photo of them.
