I get out of bed and go to work every day because I want to live in a more meaningfully connected world – people connected to other people with understanding and empathy, people connected to places that give them a sense of identity and grounding, and people connected to their authentic selves. I believe that this would make the world a better place.

I’m a cultural leader, project management professional, people manager, coach, mentor, composer and musician. My work is all about looking out for people in society in a way that gives them agency and opportunity, and creating connectedness through culture, heritage, nature and the arts. I do this by tackling the biggest challenges that driving change at scale through complex project delivery, by supporting others to connect with people, nature and heritage through their own work; and by making music that brings inspiration, joy, reflection and new perspectives.
