World wanderer. Nature enthusiast and architectural elements. Love quaint villages and vignettes of "things". Have not really sketched (with ink) or done watercolor since about 1980. Retired now, I would like to relearn what I knew and develop it into a pleasurable activity between my culture explorations. I'm a long distance walker and thrive in the remote between villages of foreign countries. From these experiences I will find my subjects and inspiration. Regarding inspiration, I've recently been following many different artists on instagram. The ones I follow mostly are urbansketchers - I love buildings and enjoy the different ways that people will sketch and render. I am in search of my still so I do try to copy them to get the experience. I have just begun this revival and am ready to begin. This is my first class and I am looking forward to it.
