Shannan Edwards

I have a degree in Fabric Design from Oregon State University from the late 70's. I have always loved the tactile feel of fiber. While I did not pursue a career in my field (life...) I always pursued the process in my own personal way always dabbling in the craft throughout my life. A couple months before the Pandemic shut down in 2020 I found Punch Needle through Seal Harbor, Rose Pearlman and Arounna Khounnora. And so this journey began. It saved me over this long shut down year and I'm hooked. I love people like Sara Luna, Como_Claude, func.n.rec, mira_sohlen_tapestry, Alexandra Kehayoglou just to name a few who think outside of the box and aspire to come up with my own unique perspective. I'm at the beginning of this journey.
