Cosmos - My project for course: Realistic Botanical Watercolor Drawing

For my final project, I went to my garden and photographed cosmos. I started by studying its structure and made a sketch with an HB pencil, and then added color using colored pencils. After that, I mixed colors in order to get the best match for the painting. Then I lightly drew the sketch on the watercolor paper, to then paint with the watercolors.
